Display Issue Z5

Until today, the 3 app keys at the bottom (#'s) 3, 4, and 5 used to autohide.  Now they do not they are visible full time and interfere with the screen view.  Also it does not function properly in the landscape view.  Can you help me correct this.

Do you have multiple accounts? if you do, that's the reason, if you don't could you elaborate on which apps the keys doesn't disappear?
