Display in full sleep mode during call

Hi got a problem when making calls... When hitting dial button display goes to sleep and can't be reactivated till other party ends call.
Strangely this does not happen during hands free mode in the car.
Any ideas

Can you check if the same occurs in safe mode?

Also,do you have a screen protector?

In safemode it functions correctly....no issues...
I do have a glass screen protector
How do I ascertain which app is causing this issue ?

Usually antiviruses can be involved,maybe task killers.

Tried stock AVG antivirus app ...nothing
Any ideas...?

What have you installed lately? You should check back in normal mode,maybe it is fine.

No.... back in normal mode ...same problem ..uninstalled last app ...still same....!!
