It's hard to guess what might be causing this. You could test the display in Diagnostics, Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Tests, and you could also try using your phone in safe mode.
If the flickering still happens I suggest that you get your phone examined by a technician at your nearest authorised service center. Contact your Local support for more information on where to find one or how to proceed further.
