Hello,
everytime I turn on my Xperia tipo dual (which is btw a great phone), it performs automatically a "synchronisation of my sim-contacts".
As I dont need that feature (using google contacts), I desperately want to disable it, because it totally slows down the phone for up to 1-2 min and everytime I have to wait...and after I always have to open the two contact lists to get rid of the notification icons...
On my sync features (like google, email, whatsapp...accounts), there is no such option for sim-contacts.
In the "apps-menue" I find some sony-apps which might relate to that feature, but I dont want to disable OS functions which I dont know exactly.
In forums and via google I dont find any help, however some people with similar questions not answered.
Thats why I am asking here...
Thanks.
Hmm, so the phone synchronizes your SIM contacts with the phone every time you start the phone? As far as I know there is no function that does this. Are you sure this process isn't started by some app you've installed?
Thank you Samuel, but I am very shure because I use a new second tipo dual and even without apps it does the same.
In apps I find some active Xperia built in apps with names like simcontactmanager and so on...are you shure its nothing built in???
Maybe you can check again
Thank you very much.
