am facing difficulty during sms texting. in vertical direction, few word not responsive including space bar sometimes. in horizontal direction works fine. how to solve this issue?
can you perform a simple test? dial *#*#7378423#*#* service test> touchscreen. see if there are unresponsive area on your screen
try also to perform a settings reset.

If a software reinstall via SUS can't fix this I suggest that you have your phone examined at an repair center to get it fixed.
