Different UI on xperia S

Hi all... i bought my xperia S 1 week ago and it had android gb and i updated to ics. The broblem is that i thought i hade a normal UI like everybody else but i whas wrong! I saw this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EaeJ0Y49q0E can annybody tell me why i have the same UI like the right side phone? when in my info says 4.0.4 ? Can u plz tell me what kind of UI u have cuse i am confused.

Well for ICS, since the phone is older than the T, it does not have a few new features, e.g the new media apps, small apps, and the obvious on screen buttons.

However you have just updated to ICS. When the JB update comes out, you will have all these features and UI (like on the second phone in the video).

The thing is that i already have that UI  ( even the silver dock on the main screen see video 00:56 ) but the ics feautures and also the same theme changing ( see video 03:37 )

If your Xperia S looks the the phone on the right in that video you are probably not using the phones builtin launcher or perhaps you have a branded phone with another launcher. Have you downloaded and installed any launcher in your phone?

No i did the update through the PC Companion... the phone is not branded at all. I will try to reinstall the firmware with pc companion again in case something went wrong.
