Different RAM update between Z3 and Z dual?

HI.  I want going to buy z3, but i have a question,  Is it different RAM update between experia Z3   and  experia Z3 dual?               and lake of update can be happend for Z3 dual?   ( thank for your answer)

thanks      in this link we have 2 different between Z3 and Z3 dual     1. fast battery charging: 60% in 30 min (Quick Charge 2.0)  and 2.planned upgrade to v5.0 (Lollipop)   Is it true in the all of  them ???    because in my country Z3 dual have garanty and Z3 have not .   and i want have trust for shopping     thanks for answer

Time proved that there IS a difference between Z3 and Z3 dual: Z3 is updated to Lollipop 10 days ago and Z3 Dual users are still waiting and observing others enjoying their Lollipops. Even Z2 users got it already
