Difference between ICS and JB

What is the difference between ICS and JB? Sorry im a noob at this ... What features do they both have and what does JB have that everyone wants for an upgrade for their phone?. and what is better about JB than ICS ... I'm really interested in this since theres people complaining about the release of JB ...Thanks ..
