Dialer does not remember default choices

I have Skype installed.

When I click on a telephone number (in an email, an sms, a whatsapp) I am prompted to use either dialer or skype. I choose dialer and then always, but next time I am promoted again, as if my choice was not recorded.

That usually happen when there's another whatsapp, skype, vine, etc app installed or uninstalled
