Device temperature rising

I have a Sony Xperia z3 which gets extremely hot below the rear camera and its burning the screen near the sim cards area.
This happens wherever I turn on the camera, and in a short while I get the message that the "device temperature is rising and will shut down.
The camera goes off after this.
It's less than 4 months since I bought it.
What can I do? Any help from Sony?

This might happen if you're shooting in 4K mode or you're trying to use the phone in hot conditions. It can also be a software problem. Let's start by clearing Camera app cache:
- Go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Camera -> Clear data and restart your phone.
