Device Replaced

my question is that after getting replaced i will get a new phone?

i got the phone was open and was not new, as i gave the phone 13w11 white color and i received is 13w08 black color and i think this phone is the phone who gave to repair for sony and they repaired and gave it to me.. does it happens so?

do sony service center are making me fool...

it will be a good idea to contact your local Sony service menu and ask them if

1) they will repair your phone and then mail it to you

or

2) give you a "brand new" xperia

or

3) give you a "like new/refurbished" xperia
