Device Memory Issue

I am using  C1204 , my device memory is dropped to 1.16 GB  From 1.57GB where the app are using 878 MB and available is 426 MB 

I did a factory reset and checked still it shows the same , However when i purchased the device. I having 1.56 GB of device memory as total 

How to restore the blocking memory in the device ?

When you bought it - Since then have you had an update and has any system apps been updated - When you performed a factory reset did you have an option to also clear internal memory and did you tick it

Yes i have now updated the phone , the current version is 4.2.2 with built 15.3.A.1.17

I did put a check and formated the internal memory
