device got hung-- apps not responding

hi,

Since 4 weeks I haven't used my phone for INTERNET purposes........

whenever I switch-on internet phone gets hung-up........I have to wait for an hour to get it back working and then to when I disable internet I would be able to use...........

Google Play-store is forever NOT RESPONDING........ I'm sick and tired of this crap

when ca we use our phone peacefully.......... does SONY HAS AN ANSWER FOR THIS????????

Why can't SONY leave GOOGLE ANDROID and get a different OS for itself ???????????

SONY is ruining its name joining ANDROID!!!!!!! now Please SONY tell me what should I do to resolve the issue?????

Please, either send an UPDATE or I'm gonna change the BRAND.............. ITS YOUR CALL!!!!!!

How slow is your internet connection? 

Open chrome and go to 

speedtest.net 

also restart your phone > press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds

just out of curiosity, what other OS? Windows? Sony won't have a saying on the phone other than its design, Sony + Android its actually working out quite good for Sony, just check the numbers.
