Device can't fully charge

 Hi, anyone here experienced your device can't fully charged?

As my Z5P seems like stucked, it can detect it is connecting the cable, but just not charging

I've tried reset factory setting, but not working

I tried software repair by computer, but it requires me have a minimun 80% charged device, but I can't even reach 50%

The percentage charge are limited. Can anyone help?

Or how about if the device it's turned off?

this might be a hardware issue. Contact your Local support

I tried it too, but nothing changed then i tried reset device

I turn it off last night, it start charging, but when I woke up in midnight, i found that it stopped charging, battery level 28% --> 48%

I just retrieve my phone last week, due to some reason, i believe that Sony technician has give me a new phone although they said they changed the mother board for me. (as some scratch gone and IMEI changed)

And now I still connecting my cable, not charging, but battery level fall, as reset device, all apps and settings are original

Could you repair the phone with PCC if you haven't already, if you have, then contact your Local support once more

erm, how can i use the PCC to repair my phone?

if you are talking about this: How to perform a software repair with PC Companion , then I can't even start the repair mode, as it require 80% power
