1 With due respect and humble submission I Sunny Pandey a student of B-tech (civil) has purchased a Sony Xperia C4 mobile from Tanya Electroics 9/10 metro plazaMEERUT ( UP) vide cash memo No 1301on 07 /08/2015 which is currently in warranty period.
2 The details of mobile are as under

3 The mobile was having various problems including excessive heating and connectivity ,but I was keeping quite as due to final examination of B tech I was quite busy and not having time to visit service centre very frequently .
4 Finally the mobile has developed serious problem and the mobile Touch system stopped working.
5 I was compelled and forced to visit service centre of SONY at Krishna service centre at Delhi and I was denied the service and repair .
6 I am a poor student and bought this mobile after long waiting of three years knowing value of world famous and time tested brand name SONY .
7 I was having great respect of the BRAND name SONY .denial of repair service of my phone has shocked me and shaken my trust with SONY .
How a brand like SONY can do this type of beach of trust. I am unable to digest this type of cheating from world most established and famous brand which has strong credential in the field of Electronics.
8 I am writing this mail with a strong hope and trust that my problem can be considered and I will be assured for needful repair of my mobile at the earliest with a specific order at appropriate level.
9 I am not in position to buy or pay any charge for above repair as asked . I tried to speak various time to costumer care but no one was able to give me correct reply and every time i was told to visit service centre which i followed but they also denied the service.
10 please do help me as a special case and direct me to get my mobile repair from any service centre at Delhi as presently I am residing at janak puri Delhi and preparing for my further Exams.
11 I have full trust in the fairness the system of Sony and hopeful for needful help. Indeed I had bought this Mobile contrary of advice of my father,as he has suggested me for Samsung, but i was fascinated for Sony knowing the quality of product and service but now i do feel cheated and disappointed after denial of repair and service. I am quite busy and don't have enough time .
12 please help me and arrange repair of my mobile free of cost as I dont have money to pay.
13 looking forward for reply by tele on 09136497171 and prompt response please failing to which i will be compelled to resort other option which is not pleasant.
14 please arrange needful repair of my mobile.
