Delete wrong words

Hello,

I want to delete the wrong words I wrote.
But I didn't find these words.
- Settings -> Language & Input -> Spelling correction -> I don't find the words.
- Settings -> Language & Input -> Personal directory -> I don't find the words.

Do someone have a tip perhaps?

If you are using Xperia Keyboard, then go to

Settings>Apps>All>Xperia Keyboard.

Clear data. All data stored and words in dictionary will be deleted,
