Hey bro!
Just to make it short:
The pre-installed apps like Hangouts, Google Apps, Lifelog and others cannot be deleted unless you root your phone. But you can always disable them on Settings > Apps. This will uninstall all the updates (resets them to factory version) and they'll never be updated unless enabled again.
But remember you'll need some of the apps like Play Store to download and update things. First thing I did on my phone was disabling a lot of these things which I don't ever use at all. =D
I haven't tried debloater myself but we had a VIP member that used to recommend it, saying it doesn't require root access above LP (5.0.2). You can check for yourself and tell.
if you have done this thru root, then you can uninstall them via root.
in stock rom you cannot remove some built in google apps
