Delay to repair m4 aqua

i submit my phone on 23 of july to the service center but they don't give me my phone back. it's around 15 days .......very cheap service Sony provides to its customer.

You should Contact Sony Xperia support, and ask about your phone to find out what is going on and about how much longer it will take to repair it.

i contact many times but they always says that u have to wait for 2-3 days but there is no result . i m waiting from many days its very late.
