Since updating to 9.2.A.0.295 last week I have noticed the following niggles regarding the screen waking up when in standby (not off).
1) When my alarm goes off in the morning. There is around a 5second delay for the Dismiss slider and Snooze button to appear. Prior to this it just shows the unlock pattern grid. So I cannot turn my alarm off until the Dismiss slider appears.
When it does appear, it doesn't always respond to my finger and takes a few attempts
2) I've noticed the same thing when I get an incoming call from when my phone was in standby (screen off). The green answer slider does appear straight away in this scenario. However, it doesn't respond to my finger sliding on the first attempt. It usually takes a second attempt and on rare ocassion three.
3) If I've just been using my phone and I press the power button briefly to turn the screen off and then I go to press it again shortly after, it fails to respond and the screen will not wake up. I press it 2 or 3 times and it fails to wake up. I then have to hold down the power button until it vibrates, then eventually the screen wakes up with the power off options.
None of these issues with waking up the screen were present prior to the latest update.
I should note the above have all happened with various states of charge from 30-100% and with Stamina Mode on.
I am going to test it with Stamina mode off to see if this effects the waking up.
Thanks,
Rob
I forgot to note that this is on my Xperia T
