Delay Delay and Delay

I have brought my phone on 19/11/2013
After a day my phone's touch was not working when i connect it to the charger.
After a day i have gone to the service center they took my phone on that day and returned a new phone of same model on 2/12/13.
That phone was also having the same problem so i have again gave the phone to the service center on the next day.
Months have been passed and still they are not able to return me a new handset.
I have called to the service center 100 times they all say your new phone will return in 4-5 days but still on this day 15/1/2014 they are not able to return the phone.
And saying your phone is under process and will be delivered in few days.
they say it every time i call them.
I have not even used my phone for a single day.
I brought the phone for Rs. 21,600

They are not giving my phone they are not giving my money back they are not able to do anything.

I want a full compensation for the delay and i want my money back.

Or another model of Sony Xperia but not SP because i dont want do go again if the handset will again malfunction.
Tell me what should i do?

I just brought the phone and when i connect to the usb or wall charger the touch is not responsive.

Yes i am using the data cable which is provided in the box.

Any solution or should i return the phone?

Is this problem is fixable?

Should i update or change my phone? or visit repair center?

repair your phone first, if that doesn't work then take it to a Sony repair center

@uliwooly, the only solution for all these loads of complaints is a stable update. I am not against anyone, but there is no point in making a phone with strong hardware and present it with a software that is full of bugs

I joined this forum so that I can get new informations and share whatever I know; but it turned out totally different.

No thread is there where you all people simply say update your phone via blah blah links or take it to service centre.

I am just waiting for 4.3 and have stopped posting all my XSP problems.

Done that. They said they cant do anything its a DOA case.

They told me to contact Service Center.

And the Serive center told me to contact Hotline.

Done that.

They Do nothing.

I'm also having the same problem harsh. When my phone is connected to charger then it behave very awkwardly and automatically any thing start working.

it happen only few time with me when my charger is connected via inveter. 

please help me out
