When i started using the phone its system always failed and error about 2 or 3 hours

I gave it back to service 3 times but they didnt fixed all times

I want to change the phone  http://www.teleservice.com.tr/tr/  never helped me

Do you get the same problem if you try to start your phone in safe mode?

Try to remove your SD card and SIM card an start the phone without. 

If the problem persist I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion: 

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software >  "Repair phone".
