This is an old issue after I find this post:

So I tried to follow, did 3 tries:
1. hold power and vol up 5 sec, it vibrates but no light or any sign of booting
2. plug to wall charger for an hour and repeat step 1, vibrates and no light
3. plug to PC with companion installed, companion can not find phone
4. run Update_Service_Setup-2.13.12.201310171455.exe, gives me an error messange
5. retry step1, no vibration!!!
before I got this problem, I liked Xperia Z ... please advise!
