A few days ago, I was cleaning my phone with water, but alas, I didn't notice the back corner of the phone was somehow loose. By the time I noticed, water had gotten inside the phone. The phone was acting up for a while; power button turning on and off by itself, ghost touch on touch screen, and the phone couldn't turn on for a few minutes. But everything seems to work fine for now, except for some deadspots on the screen:
It seems to be getting worse; it started from only one vertical deadspot on the right side, and now to this. I'm gonna have it fixed at Sony Center tomorrow, but thought I might post the issue here first. Does this mean I'm gonna have to have a full screen replacement?
That seems like a hardware issue, so your Local support should be able to help you. you could repair the phone with PCC

What @uliwooly said is correct, the LCD and Digitizer and glass are one unit, so in order to have one of them replaced is to replace the screen entirely, this is due to the waterproofing our devices.
