How can the new Z1 just die!!

Im sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo annoyed right now!!!

I have had this phone 4 days and I have so much important phone calls and info .... I am so angry. The trick that everyone is on about does not work for me.

Now I have to go back to the store to get a new phone? This is a major fault with the phone!! SONY SORT IT OUT!

Which trick?

connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds > let it charge for 2 hours > after 2 hours > repair your phone with SUS
