DCIM/Camera internal memory folder empty

Hello,

I have thousands of photos on my Xperia T internal memory. When I connect it to Windows, I can't see any photos on the DCIM/Camera folder. I can't use mass storage because they are on the internal memory.

I can only see the thumbnails and 100ANDRO folders (empties, but I can see them from my albums).

Any solutions?

Sony PC Companion can't be installed on Windows 8.1 Pro (x64).

Where are you saving your photo's too - Internal storage or SD - Open your camera settings then at the bottom check where they are been saved too

Done... they are in the Camera folder (within the DCIM folder) but, on the PC, the DCIM folder is empty... no Camera folder.

From the details:

/storage/sdcard0/DCIM/Camera/IMG_etc_etc.jpg

Check with your filemanager and check the box to show hidden files - I'm thinking for some strange reason that when saved they are starting with a dot like .img which would hide them

Check my phone and my camera saves photo's to 100Andro folder

The box show hidden files it's checked.

100Andro folder it's empty.

No idea what has gone wrong - Try PCC and perform a backup and see if they get saved - or go through every folder visable and hidden as for what ever reason they could have been saved somewhere else

Failing that it's a software repair and after that contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
