Date and time can't running normally in my status bar always stuck?

hi xperia, i'm using xperia m and i new to using this product may be 3 month i am using it, and i'm updated to 4.3 15.4.A.1.9, and for first time my devices is in good condition all running great, but after a month, when i see time, time is 03:49pm but when i see my laptop clock is 08:20pm? my time and date is not running and alwasy stuck why ya? and when i try to open album and go to landscape mode time is change to time now, and not change again although time is added 1 minute stuck again, and always like that. my alarms can't be running too? why ya? but in the lockscreen widget time is running correctly? why ya? is this hardware failure or what?please help me

hmmm? i'm still in reinstalling my os with pc companion, so it will clean all. but hardware problem? what do you mean, my phone is have some hardware issue?

I'd said that this is not a hardware problem unless if you experience a freeze or you can't start your phone.

yap i think the same all performance in this device is still awesome. is great. but only date and time problem. still in progress i have some internet connection issue in here

Forgot to say that to ensure the software repair running smooth,you should have a constant Internet connection as it will download a new software and replace it with a new one(i think so).

Tell me the news after you repaired it.

ok, i complete to reinstall with pc companion but why this software say. "complete update your device c1904 to 15.4.A.1.9"? although my device is c1905? is that affected?

i've been completed update and enter to safe mode, but my tiime and date problem is still happen, time and date only can refresh when the device is in sleep mode? why ya?

Can you explain one more time?

What i understand from you is

1)Its the clock and date in the homescreen widget that freeze/stuck
2)the clock and date in the status bar and at lockscreen does not freeze
3)the clock will only refresh when the screen is at sleep(but it is not OFF)

Am i understanding your situation correctly?
