Hi, i bought my z3 a week ago, it works great. But I'm having some trouble with the data transfer to sd card. I would appreciate any information or help regarding this issue...

Media files can be moved to external SD,it is recommended that you use file commander or a PC.

Have you enabled it in settings/storage/transfer data to SD card and ticked all 3 boxes

I tried with both es file explore and file commander yet a massage appears saying that i can't transfer data ..

What data do you want to transfer, apps?

[sorrow1988]

No just songs and pics

And file commander won't write to the external SD? Have you tried to reformat the microSD?
