Data does not Enable

HI All

Recently I had Sony Xperia J mobile and update latest software version (4.1.2) and Using 2G Network . while i am trying  disable to enable   My Data Connection not working more than 7 time do the same disabling and enabling some time will work .rest of time i do manual reboot only will work getting E symbol on top .As well Check by Different ISP or SIm Same issue presist .i dont know it seem OS version update or happend Normally .kindly help me resolve on this .
