Dashed Line in Every Picture JB

Guys have you noticed dashed line above every picture you view in your albums especially when your photo doesn't occupy the whole screen or a perfect 320x480? It's visible when the picture is just half the screen or smaller than the screen. Is it normal?...Thanks

Im not sure if you can see it. It's not that visible here. But try to click on the picture and bring it on the black background you can clearly see it. Thank you.

i have those dash lines too, but it doesn't bother me, don't know with the other user if they have those..

I too have that. It's at the topmost area.

It's like an entire dashed-line in the topmost part of the screen. It is also visible even when rotated (still at the topmost line)

It doesn't bother me though. It must be there for a purpose. It's probably saying that you are currently browsing your photos using the stock Album/Photo viewer and that the orientation is this side up (The dashed-line being the top). I do not know. :smileygrin:

I checked here and i have the same in my phone.

From what i've been able to find it has to do with the photo not being completely compatible with the screen resolution.

Because if it has something to do with screen resolution, then why do

screenshots have the same dashed line thing (when viewed through

album/stock photo viewer) when screenshots fit perfectly on the screen..
