Hello, Yesterday my son dropped down my phone (30 cm high from the ground to the carpet) . I picked it up and i realized that my screen became darker. The phone works fine except that the screen is very dark. I went to the brightness settings and it was full but the phone's brightness looks like 5%.
I just want to know if its like a hardware problem or something else. Will i need a new screen????
it might be a hardware issue, to be sure, repair your phone with PCC or SUS

No, i did what you said (Update SUS) but still nothing. I just lost my settings.
So is a screen problem you think???
I would think so, that it is indeed a hardware issue
