The phone has Root and CWM.

This is reason for complaint?

There are issues like this when running moods.

Try to reinstall the software.

To test the card use it in another device (It's possible the issue is the card itself)

Rooting voids the warranty and may cause issues like this.

this phone has an internal storage device, not supports SD card. I can not test it in another device.

In the case of the internal storage there is not much to do other than format or reinstall the hole phone.

I would strongly recommend you go back to the original stock software as this custom ROM may be creating the issue in the phone.
