D5503 touchscreen display loses pressing

Hello,

I have Xperia Z1 Compact Black D5503 for 5 days.

I like it, but i have a problem with touchscreen.

When i press the screen and start drawing or swiping something(continuous touch) - it randomly losses my touches.

For example in Xperia Diagnostic Tool i don't have one line when i drawing, i have two or three. Pulling down the notification bar doesn't always register and rolling my thumb on the screen to lazily scroll a webpage registers as a zoom. In sony launcher when i swype apps list left-right it sometimes run app instead of swiping.

It may happen 2-3 times for 10-seconds and may not happen even in 2 minutes. So i think it is randomly and occurs in any part of the screen rather than in a single point.

I don't have any touch screen protectors except sonys default. I have this bad touchscreen screen everywhere in the system, not only in some apps.

A also did reset to manufacter defaults in phone and in pc companion.

I have 2 Sony Xperia Z and i never had such bad touchscreen experience.

Is it software issue or something with hardware? Do i need to go to the service center?

D5503, latest 4.3 (.114), Dispaly type(manufacturer): auo, Touch firmware version: e.

I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service..

Before reinstalling your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

This has been the problem with z1 series,
Z1, z1s, and now looks like z1 compact too, moderators pls ask the team to fix this, how r supposed to work with apps/ games that requires constant touches? This is not acceptable

Topic on this for the z1 has spawned 40 pages and what we get is one or two vague replies from the moderator, Sony needs to at least officially acknowledge the problem and work on the fix, not keeping silence.

Wow.

I get my Xperia Z1C from service center, and issue still exists. They changed my touchscreen (i see it in service menu) and i think it has different "texture" when i see on the screen at angle.

And even after service center touchscreen of my z1c lose my touches and swype's.

What i need to do now?
