Customization in JB

I have just updated to JB and have two issues I would like to customize and am unable to find the setting to do so:

1. To change the call menus back to black, since the white backround looks bad and is tiring to the eyes.

2. Add toggles to the toggle bar or, if that is not possible to remove the toggle bar in the notification menu. (I have an app that already does that and which has many more toggles. I want to either have all the toggles I need in the Xperia one, or disable it and only use the third party one)

Is any of these possible?

It is not possible to change from the white background in call and messaging menus. It is also not possible to hide the toggle bar in the notification menu as standard. Perhaps there are some 3rd party apps which can change the notification menu on Google Play.

Well... if we could be updated to 4.2.2 version that I recently saw on a Xperia Z.... we could have the 2nd wish... In that version, the toggles were customizable, being able to add up to 10 toggles or remove them completely...

Sadly I know I am only dreaming if I think Sony will update Xperia Acro S to 4.2.2 right?
