Custom kernels not working with unlocked bootloader (LT15)

I unlocked my bootloader about 10 months ago using fastboot(Official method) and custom kernals were working properly..

4 days ago all the files in my SD card disapeared when I booted the phone..

After that I reflashed the official 4.0.4 FTF and now when I flash a custom kernal all kernal related apps such as camera dont work and give FC.

I tried locking and reunlocking the bootloader using the official method but still no luck....

DID SOMETHING GO WRONG WITH MY BOOTLOADER..??

HOW CAN I FIX IT..???

You can't make all custom kernels to work with stock firmware

So the question is, isn't the same kernel that used to work with same stock fimrware before is not working now ?

How about installing a stock firmware( including stock kernel) using flashtool to see if you get the same errors or not ?

Yes these kernals are stock based...

these have worked before on the same stock firmware but not working now....

I have tried installing the stock firmare (including the kernel) with flashtool

I didint get any errors when im on stock firmware with stock kernel.  

I also noticed that im unable to import or add any contacts with unlocked bootloader...

I was able to add and import contacts after relocking the bootloader...

I guess something went wrong with my bootloader partition..

How Can I fix it..???

Perhaps you could try flashing it via Emma and check if you can get it working properly.
