Crash at the lockscreen while charging

when we connect charger its lock screen clock is crashed and not working any key in 7 to 8 sec and then it on but not working fast charging. Please solve this problem and inform me.

Restart the phone and check again, also test it in >>> safe mode and report back

In safe mode problem is same and we repair my phone software by laptop but same problem then

If I understood you correctly, the whole phone freezes as you connect a charger? Also, are you using the original charger which came with your device?

If it still persists even after performing a software repair using Xperia Companion, then I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support in order to have it sent to an authorized service center.

yes I always using original charger or repair software by using xperia companion. but problem not solve.
