Crackling sound in bluetooth headset after 5.0.2

Greetings,

Have trouble with crackling sound on our z1 compacts at our company (4 phones total, same error on all).

When we first got the phones a year ago we had trouble with the old plantronic bluetooth earpieces we had then. They worked fine the first couple of mins of each call. Then the sound started crackling like crazy. Hang up and call again and it was fine once more for a few minutes.

Since those earpieces were old we just changed them out and got ones from Sony (MBH10), and they worked fine.

Fast forward and we now have the same problem again once the phones got updated to 5.0.2.

Works fine for the first bit of each call, and then the sound becomes messed up.

Tried messing around with the sound options and bluetooth options but haven't been able to find any solution.

So anyone know of a way to fix it?

Have you tried deactivating noise reduction under Settings > Calls > Noise cancel?
