cracking sound during a call

I have a brand new Xperia L with latest 15.0.A.2.17 firmware version but the phone is crackling in the earpiece during a call. I've tried to reduce this very annoying problem with flash again the software via SUS, turn off second mic but no success. In diagnostic service the problem is gone. Any ideas:smileyworried:

does this happen while playing music? how about using skype or apps alike? if the problem is not present with such apps then its a network issue or an old or faulty SIM card
