Cracked screen

Hi there,

My Xperia Z experienced a cracked screen on it.. It happened when a friend of mine dropped my phone. There is a crack that runs across from the top of the screen  to the right hand side and the top right hand side of the screen no longer works. Is this covered by warranty? What next steps can I take? Please help.

As the manufacturer’s warranty only covers manufacturing defects, any physical damage of this nature would not be covered sorry. However please do contact your local Xperia Care team and they will assist in arranging the repair for you.
