Cracked screen Z2..

hi,

Bought my cell Xperia Z2 on Amazon a couple of months ago. I get it perfect and flawless.

A month after using it normally, the phone will fall out of bed and broke the screen completely. It is destroyed. It seems absurd to me.I've had phones of all brands and this is the first time that it always happened to me.

I have seen broken Iphone's screens where the cel still works. This Xperia Z2 is now unusable.

I am now in Brazil, I headed to the authorized centers sony and they say they can not help because the phones produced in Brazil have different pieces, so they are no able of do nothing.

I want to receive URGENT help. I've been an entire month without a cell phone trying to solve this problem and it has been imporsible, customer service is useless in Brazil. I have tried to call 800-430-4433 and I can not not even speak to an operator cause there are just autimatic options.

Buy the phone among many things because the screen was resistent, but at the first fall in just one month of use is destroyed? Misleading advertising?

Misleading advertising? Where do sony state that the phone is indestructable?

Accidental damage i'm afraid.....have heard of people dropping their Z2 a fair distance without any damage, its just bad luck i'm afraid......not really sure what they mean by 'different' pieces tho.....did you ask them to clarify what they meant???

Well, Thanks everyone for your answers...

In Brazil, the Xperia Z2 has different pieces and a different structure...That's what they said after a month of trying, callling and going to the "official place to repare the phone in Brazil". I even send it to the official Sony Brazil and they just send it back to my house with a note that said "we can repair it because it is not made in Brazil" without any instructions..

But it is ok, i spend $40 sending the phone to USA...It will be at USA in 10 days..I will be in touch with you guys..

Sony Brazil has a terrible service, i really tried a lot...When i called to USA, they where super cool and help me a lot, but here, they **bleep**.....

Believe me, i dont wanna spend $600 on a phone with a lifespan of 1 month. I Love the phone though...But yes, the Advertising says that the screen is very resistent and that you can even write with pencils and stuff...
