Cracked Screen Cannot Unlock Screen

My screen is cracked and I cannot unlock it with my pin to be able to transfer my contacts. The T-Mobile rep told me I was pretty much on my own since nothing had synced to my SD or SIM cards. Is there a way to bypass the security PIN to access my contacts and pics?
