Cracked digitizer with screen lock

Hope someone can help, my xperia z fell of the sofa arm on to the floor and there is now a crack running diagnally across the screen, it was in a protective case but somehow it has cracked??. problem i have is that only the number 9 works on the screen, and i cand do anything with the phone with pc compaion becase i cant get past the screen lock. i'm really narked off that the screen has crack with such ease but more so need to access the phone via pc companion to get the data off it?? any ideads folks because im stumped

Unfortunately it might be hard to get the information from the phone if you can't access it via PC Companion. Don't know it it might be possible to get some info out via for example MyPhoneExplorer or some 3rd party software.

can u confirm me , is your touch is broken near to power key?

it's got a crack going from the very top right of the touch screen diagonally across towards the bottom left about 3/4 down. the power button works, but nothing immediately below or anywhare above the crack responds whatsoever. The Lcd display is absolutely fine, just the touch is cracked.
