my vivaz won't turn on. when i plug in the charger, the red light comes on and aftes 10 min.the se logo comes and then it suddenly blacks out. this thing keeps on repeating. i don't know what to do. and i wanna add that it's phone memory is completely filled but i cannot find anything. used programes like y-browser but nothing happened. did a master reset but the same result. it's just an EXPENSIVE ,beautiful paperweight. please someone help me
