Could not Explore internet on Xperia P

I explore interent through Xperia P using Chome without any issue. i rest my mobile last night. after that i could not explore interent through mobile even i download interent settings. However, when i trun on hospot in mobile, internet is working on other wifi devices. Please help me to fix this problem..

What if you get a brand new MICRO SIM card, also do check with your network, perhaps only tethering its allowed and not data, which seems quite odd but it could be

hy all, i found the solution for this issue.. it's in Access Point. the reason is proxy. when i delete the proxy address , internet is working good. thanks all.
