Copying calendar from old Xperia to new

I'd like to copy the calendar from my old Xperia arc to my new Xperia Z so I don't have to reenter everything. I'm not talking about synchronizing with a google or outlook calendar. I just want to copy or transfer the calendar from the old phone to the new. How do I do that?
