Hi @Panasync I'm sorry to hear about this.
If it works fine with the Chrome beta it might be related to an update for the Chrome application. I would recommend that you uninstall updates for the Chrome application and see if you can copy/paste without Chrome shutting down. To do that go to Settings > Apps > Chrome > 3 dots > Uninstall updates.

I uninstalled the updates, then it works fine.
Until I update chrome, then the same problems again.

Since it's related to an update to the Chrome application I would suggest that you leave your feedback regarding this to the developers of the application.
Open up the Chrome application and tap on the 3 dots in the top right corner > Help & feedback > Send feedback.
You can also send them an email.
