CONTINUOUS VIBRATION IN XPERIA L

my xperia l starts vibrating suddenly when battery is inserted. .  even before turning on  .. . it just stop when the battery is removed . . can any one say some way to fix this problem

this problem persist from the time when my mobile got into water . . . can i proceed the same steps . .

You can try but most likely this is a hardware issue, take your phone to a Sony repair center.

thank you. can you please solve my confusion. . whether it is a minor or major fault in hardware .  For your information , that is the only problem that prevails in my mobile.  inspite of that all other functions are very normal . phone is getting on , videos get played, .etc. . .no other issues but it doesn't stop vibrating . . Can this problem can be rectified ?? it is minor or major hardware problem

I can't answer that question, the phone has to be open to see the damage.

Thank you . . I took my mobile to service centre. They said that the board is shorted . The only way is to remove the vibrator. But a bad thing comes then,  they said that if they remove the connections of vibrator, they may also remove the connections of mic and led , because they all are connected together.  I don't know what to do
