Do you mean you get an error message that states, Couldn't capture screen shot, content may be protected or storage may be full?

This could actually be the app you may be trying to screen shot, I am aware that Banks apps use DRM protected screens, so you cannot screen shot them.

Unfortunately there is no fix, as this is not an issue or fault. The app you are trying to take a screenshot of has removed the capability for security reasons.

Jake is right, the app doesn't allow you to do that.
