contacts not working

hii guys im using experia e for a month when i tried to get a contact from my phone book while in call it doesnt respond when i touch not working it just showing me the contact name not the numbers do anyone facing the same problem...?

i am sorry to hear . My advice is try to reset your phone, if the problem araise again then repair your device with SUS http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/ Note: do not forget to back up

Before restoring your phone you could try to clear data for contacts and contacts storage. Go to settings > apps > all > contacts/contacts storage > clear data. Restart your phone and try again. Hopefully you don't need to reset your whole phone. 

If the problem persists, I suggest that you repair your device as suggested above.
