Sir, i have purchased my experia c3 d 2502, about three months ago and is functioning satisfactorily till recently.
i have ever been and always a sony fan and i really like any sony product.
a few weeks has passed now since a few minor problems started in my experia.
Here are a list of my problems as follows-
Firstly, recently when i open my messaging and go into message input, i cannot directly input contacts nos in my message box nor can i select them when i touch the contactslink in message. contacts always come blank and i had to manually input my contact nos, by numbers.
Secondly, How do i clear my phone cache or free up my rom space. There is no cache files in my sd card, i meant it isblanks.
Thirdly, My sd card memory provided is 8 gb but 4 gb is being utilised, so with all my downloaded apps and files i sum up my memory consumed upto around 2gb so 2gb has to free but my device internal memory consumed gives it as more than 3.5gb and only few free mb space. can you advice because i dont understand this issue.
Fourthly, once when my external sd card was nearly full, my camera photo wont save in sd card but after releasing some space it is back to normal now.
Fifthly, when im about to receive an incoming calls sometimes there is a popup message that says like "unfortunately your android,com process has stopped" or something like that and i cannot receive any calls as it goes blank though the call is still going on.
I hope i do get a satisfactory advice on some of my problems because i do really ike sony products above all else though there are minor problems. my cousin bought a samsung galaxy grand prime and he doesn't get any kinds of problems.
moreover there is no direct video calling in experia though samsung products has, i think that is one disadvantage and hope u can sort it out.
