Contacts cannot be opened

Hi, I have a Sony Xperia J with updated JB 4.1.2 I updated it via Sony Update Service in PC.

It was working perfectly with ICS 4.0.4 until this JB update. The problem is I can't access the Contacts after I have updated to JB. However, it does work before the phone is connected to the internet. Once after being connected to the internet, it can't be accessed anymore and it shows this error: "Unfortunately, the process com.sonyericsson.android.socialphonebook has stopped" I have also tried resetting the phone to factory settings and have also tried a new installation of JB 4.1.2 like 4 times now and it still didn't work. Pls help. Thank you

I am having the exact fault also after the Jelly Bean update.  You received any assistance as yet?  I also have an xperia J!

I have exactly the same problem on my Xperia J, whether or not it is connected to the internet. If I try to open my Contacts list it flashes up briefly and then the dialog ''Unfortunately, the process com.sonyericsson.android.socialphonebook has stopped.' flashes up briefly (or sometimes stays). I've restarted the phone; done a Settings Reset; checked that the system build is the latest. What can I do?
